Broadmoor floorplans
From time to time, we will post floorplans scanned from the brochure used to sell houses to the original Broadmoor residents. According to this ad, there were 18 floorplans. But, as you drive around the neighborhood, you'll notice quite a bit of variation in layout.

Congratulations to the residents of 35 Lakeshore and 3 Belmont, this and last week's Yards of the Week. Thanks for working hard to keep Broadmoor beautiful!
Host a block party
Board member Steve Sullivan, who coordinates our neighborhood watch, recently hosted a very successful block party at his home. On a Sunday afternoon, Steve had neighbors from Berkshire Drive over for a potluck.
Steve encourages other residents to host parties for their neighbors. It is a great way to meet new neighbors or to get to know folks better. A strong, healthy neighborhood depends on our working together and watching out for each other.
To host a party, please e-mail me at edwardswaim@yahoo.com, and I will put you in touch with Steve.
