Southwest Patrol Division Quarterly Meeting

Broadmoor is in the Little Rock Police Department's Northwest Patrol Division. They held a very informative quarterly meeting a couple of weeks ago. Because these meetings are so helpful to understanding what is going on in Little Rock, I am posting this notice about the upcoming Soutwest Patrol Division meeting:

Purpose and objective of Patrol Division Quarterly Neighborhood meetings:
Provide a forum for concerned Citizens to hear crime statistics and crime trends in their respective patrol division areas; Discussion on progress of arrests and investigations; To share success stories, accomplishments and to commend officers for outstanding performance; And, an opportunity for Citizens to express concerns.

Report from the Northwest Patrol Division Quarterly Meeting

The recent Little Rock Police Department Northwest Patrol Division Quarterly Meeting was very informative. One Broadmoor resident attended. All should attend meetings in the future to find out what is really happening straight from the people who protect us!

Our neighbors to the north, the Briarwood Neighborhood Association, have a complete report at http://www.briarwoodlr.org/.

Crime is down 9.9% this year from last year.

Each speaker made it clear that we should use common sense and be vigilant. Do not leave valuables in your automobiles, lock your doors, etc. Apparently, not everyone does! Nosy neighbors help solve a lot of crimes. Please call 911 ANY time you see suspicious activity.
