Hear about several initiatives that have been started in the Promise Neighborhood area of Little Rock over the last year including the Home Visiting Network, the Promise Ambassador Youth Leadership Program, AmeriCorps Reading Initiative and the 12th Street Health & Wellness Center. Share your thoughts on these and on what else is needed to ensure every child a happy, healthy, productive journey from cradle to career.

The Broadmoor POA Board will host it's ANNUAL BOARD meeting TODAY at 2:00pm at St. Luke United Methodist Church, 6401 W. 32nd Street.
Come meet your neighbors and hear what we have accomplished in the past year and future plans for improvements in Broadmoor.

Come out and learn about opportunities for residents in Broadmoor to meet, get to know their neighbors, participate in our neighborhood watch, and assist and cooperate with law enforcement to make our neighborhood the safest it can be. That takes work and it seems like most folks are content to complain than actually do something about it.
Every month since the neighborhood was founded in 1954, we have held our monthly neighborhood meetings at the clubhouse. Join us this Thursday night at 7 PM at 19 1/2 Belmont Drive for the March meeting.
On Sunday, we will hold our Annual Meeting at 2 PM at St. Luke Methodist Church's Fellowship Hall. The church is at 6401 West 32nd Street.
Remember, the world is run by those who show up!
