Broadmoor Pool Opening – Saturday, May 26
A lot of improvements have been done to the pool over the winter…a completely new deck (see image above) and new tile around the edge of the kiddie pool and the main pool.
For the last several years, the deck has been in need of major repair and the volunteer pool managers and neighborhood volunteers have spent countless hours patching the deck and replacing tiles. We are so pleased that this issue has now been resolved with the new deck and tile.
The Broadmoor Neighborhood Association and Broadmoor Pool have invested a great deal of money on these improvements.
Pool operating costs have increased every year. For this reason, it has become necessary to slightly raise the membership fee, after several years of being able to keep it the same. We still believe it’s the best bargain in town and when you see the improvements, you’ll be amazed at what a difference they’ve made!
In-area Summer Swim Fee: $125

To boost the pool’s initial operating budget, previous pool members can join at last year’s rate before May 10.
By May 10 In-area Summer Swim Fee: $115
By May 10 Out-of-area Summer Swim Fee: $175
The first pool work day will be Saturday, May 5, at 9 a.m. Please put this date on your calendar and join other volunteers help us get ready for the grand opening.
Concession stand volunteer shifts are available. This is a great way to help the community and make new friends. Please consider signing up for a weekly shift.
