Target Opening Approaches - Now Hiring

We are just months away from having a brand-new Target store 1.5 miles from Broadmoor. The new store is on the site of the former University Mall, right across from St. Vincent. The new development is called Park Avenue.

The new store looks finished on the outside. Work is still going on inside the store, and, of course, it will have to be stocked before it opens.

Most "big box" retailers are moving to the urban fringe, but Target is coming back to the heart of Little Rock. Broadmoor residents will be able to add Target to their list of nearby shopping options.

Sears, Park Plaza Mall, and Midtowne Mall are all less than two miles from our wonderful neighborhood. In October, we will be able to zip into Target, too!
