A national organization of real estate professionals, the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) is providing a $20,000 grant to underwrite the expenses of five CRE volunteers who will spend several days here analyzing commercial real estate conditions in the University District and making recommendations for commercial revitalization.

The CRE Consulting Corp team will be here the week of September 8 and will be meeting with key stakeholders during the week to learn about factors influencing development in the University District.
