Our neighborhood association board of directors, which also serves as the board of commissioners for the Broadmoor Recreational Improvement District, meets monthly on the first Thursday at 7 p.m. We meet in the clubhouse, a hunting lodge built by Raymond Rebsamen when he owned land where our neighborhood now stands. The clubhouse is at 19 1/2 Belmont Drive. Look for the sign and follow the sidewalk into the park.
We have plenty of volunteer opportunities to help manage our park, lake, dam, and clubhouse. We are very active in UALR's University District and other efforts that make our area the most pleasant and convenient place to live in Little Rock.
